The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized support to customers while resolving their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
