Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. - Verify insurance coverage for patients, submit pre-authorizations, and ensure seamless communication with our operations team. - Follow up with potential patients to address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. - Schedule appointments and reschedule as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and our operations team. - Provide regular sales updates to our operations manager, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. - Follow up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. - 10+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues. - 5+ years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification and experience working with patients and families. - 5+ years of experience in inbound sales, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets. - Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for working in a dynamic and growing organization. - Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:
