Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, managing a senior population with empathy and professionalism, and meeting and exceeding contact center targets. Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members of a Medicare Advantage plan, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a senior population by exhibiting a strong dedication to showing empathy, using active listening skills to hear members and their concerns, and providing personalized solutions to their problems.
- Document calls appropriately to reflect each interaction with the members, ensuring accurate and complete records of all customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed contact center targets for call management, quality, and adherence to schedule, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage all calls with professionalism and escalate calls when necessary to the next level, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.
Operational Hours and Work Environment
Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operation hours will change to include weekends as part of the work shift. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a state-of-the-art and comfortable workspace.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid customer service.
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with 1+ years of experience using QNXT.
- Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge.
- High School graduate or GED; 2-4 years undergraduate degree or certificate is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
- Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and accuracy in data entry.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
