Responsibilities
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide personalized support.
- Conducting welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Outreach to patients to schedule appointments and provide education on preventative health screenings and other healthcare services.
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback and insights on patient experiences, helping us to continuously improve our services.
- Collaborating with patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps.
