Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database

Requirements
