What You'll Be Doing
As an Experienced Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
- Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features within the fiber and/or copper network
- Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
- Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
- Communicating clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A dedication to customer service excellence with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- A strong technical background, preferably in a related field such as telecommunications, computer science, or engineering
- Experience in a technical support call center environment, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues
- A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience with arenaflex's products and services
- Knowledge of fiber-optic technology and network architecture
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as [insert specific tools and software]

Scheduled Weekly Hours
This is a full-time position, with a scheduled weekly hours of 40 hours. However, you may be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $632.00 and $1,770.50 weekly, based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
