Job Description

As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address customer needs, develop and implement strategic solutions, and measure and analyze customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and live chat support

  • Resolve complex customer issues through root cause analysis and creative problem-solving
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer needs
  • Analyze and measure customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in business software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in logistics or transportation industry

  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified Export Specialist (CES) certification
  • Quality improvement certification (e.g., QDM, Six Sigma, CQA)
  • Experience with air and sea shipments, customs import controls, and freight forwarding
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
