The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our digital media and advertising operations team. You'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting our sales representatives and clients through all stages of the mission lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. You'll also be responsible for designing and executing effective media plans that drive revenue growth, as well as analyzing and optimizing campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through all stages of the mission lifecycle
- Design and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and sales representatives to ensure exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media and advertising
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and implement data-driven insights to inform campaign strategy
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, communications, business)
- 3+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, communications, business)
- 5+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights to inform campaign strategy
- Certification in digital marketing or advertising, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital media and advertising trends and best practices
Skills and Competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
