Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the Actuarial Improvement Program, which includes four rotations that will expose you to various business areas and provide opportunities for growth and development
- Assisting in risk evaluation, rate recording, reserve analysis, and planning and gauging activities
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to various issues, using scientific or coding software such as SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business results and improve group effectiveness
- Adapting to change and working in a fast-paced environment
Required Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To meet the educational requirements (see below)
- To be willing to relocate to an arenaflex Actuarial center
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with scientific or coding software (e.g., SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R)
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
- Entry-level position or work experience supporting actuarial aspects of an organization or business unit
- Leadership experience, such as leading student or social organization activities or sports
- Strong written communication skills

- Ability to work in a high-speed environment and meet tight deadlines
