Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about arenaflex's services and products
  • Utilize the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance
  • Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications
  • Attend team training twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise information and resolve issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset: You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Basic computer knowledge: You will need to be comfortable using a computer and navigating various software applications, including Zoom and electronic applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience: You will need to have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Life and health insurance knowledge: You will need to have a basic understanding of life and health insurance products and services.
  • Sales experience: You will need to have experience in sales, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment.
