About the Role
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Global Customer Experience Partner Success, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our global customer experience partner success program. You will be responsible for working closely with our customer experience partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our business goals are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customer experience partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure that customer experience partners are meeting arenaflex's quality standards
- Develop and implement training programs to improve customer experience partner performance
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer experience partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our service
- Work closely with other teams, such as operations and product, to ensure that customer experience partner performance is aligned with business goals
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track customer experience partner performance and identify areas for improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer experience partner success environment
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all work products
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a global customer experience partner success environment
- Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Spanish, and/or Mandarin
