Experienced Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Support

The Role
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers at the delivery station. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your role will involve direct communication with them to ensure timely package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including warehouse staff and delivery partners, to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to provide timely support and resolve issues
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Uphold arenaflex values and respect every customer, providing a positive and professional experience
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, providing accurate and concise information
- Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, using excellent communication skills
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure appropriate customer outcomes
- Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
Nice-to-Haves
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
