Job Summary
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately keying applications into the arenaflex database, maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members as needed
- Work with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives
Education and Work Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
- Strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures
Knowledge and Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Hours and Physical Demands
* 8:15-4:45pm (may require periodic overtime)
