The Role

As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business development team by verifying and managing lead records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring data accuracy and supporting business operations. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues, and your positive attitude and professional demeanor will be essential in building strong relationships with our students and team members.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying and managing lead records for our business development team
• Ensuring data accuracy and supporting business operations through effective communication and organization
• Identifying and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
• Building strong relationships with our students and team members
• Maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and detail
• Working with multiple screens and programs open
• Utilizing online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus
• Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus
• 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with proven dependability
• Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes
• Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet
• Ability to accurately type information
• Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively

• Able to identify and correct subtle discrepancies to ensure data integrity
• Committed to delivering high-quality, detailed, and precise work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening skills and the ability to gather information in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and Compensation

As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• A competitive salary range of $31,200 - $36,000
• A full benefits package (for full-time employees) which includes a 401(k) with a 3% company match, 100% company-paid health insurance, Life Insurance, and 80 hours of Paid Time Off
• High level Lead Specialists also qualify for quarterly bonuses
