Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently processing customer inquiries, data entry, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong skillset in data entry, customer service, and communication, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including typing and data management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and data entry records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED (education verification is not required)

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
  • Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
