The Role
As a Customer Support Technician at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides world-class customer service and technical support. Your primary responsibility will be to field and answer reactive technical support requests with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers resolve their technical issues over the phone, email, and messenger, embodying a helpful, friendly, and empathetic attitude
- Develop expertise in the arenaflex platform and working proficiency in email deliverability, DNS, and theme by leveraging internal tools, such as Sendgrid, and DNS Made Easy
- Manage customer issues and emails efficiently and effectively, using our internal reporting tools to document and troubleshoot product issues
- Monitor and review customer account user-submitted content for pernicious activity using internal tools
- Stay abreast of new arenaflex product features and improvements, identifying and clearly reporting customer issues to other teams as appropriate
- Support the rest of the company on cross-functional issues when required

- Excellent communicator with strong grammar and spelling skills and fast, accurate typing
- Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Intercom, and Google Docs on a daily basis
- Willing to work weekend shifts
- Experience in customer-facing service, such as retail, hospitality, online support, etc. (preferably)
