The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers via voice calls and/or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
