Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries

- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Be over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
