As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with franchisees to resolve issues, provide training, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to franchisees through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Responding to franchisee inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with resolving problems related to our proprietary software
  • Asking probing questions to better understand the issue at hand and providing accurate, efficient solutions
  • Communicating clear expectations to franchisees regarding issue resolution timelines
  • Using screen-sharing software when necessary to diagnose and resolve technical or software issues
  • Serving as a liaison between franchisees and other departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly
  • Identifying recurring challenges and communicating these to the management team to drive process improvements
  • Offering training and support on proprietary tools and assisting with general software troubleshooting
  • Helping franchisees navigate questions related to third-party products and vendor recommendations
  • Collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve issues as needed
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, ordering, and generating client lists
  • Documenting key call details and maintaining accurate notes within our proprietary tools
  • Suggesting or developing helpful guides and video tutorials to empower franchisees and improve their experience
  • Attending offsite events when required and contributing to team-building activities
  • Performing other related duties as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with franchisees
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and software support is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries through various channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing accurate and efficient support
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to help others and contribute to a positive work environment
