The Role

You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat on Shopify stores and social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
