The Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
