Join our Remote Team

We're seeking two Customer Support Assistants to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing information about our products and services to clients and customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving event issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering exceptional customer support and handling customer inquiries with a high level of empathy and understanding
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Generating quotes, processing payments, and reporting claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving product and services offerings to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Conducting policy reviews and providing details on updates to ensure clients are informed and up-to-date
  • Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and customers
  • Confidence and a self-starter mentality to work independently and make decisions
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields to bring valuable insights and skills to the role
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust through effective communication and empathy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
