Experienced Customer Support Agent – Remote Contract Position at arenaflex

Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in workflow processes and data population to drive business insights and decision-making
- Supporting department leadership with dashboard statistics and performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
Key Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
- 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
- Flexible schedule with availability to work Monday-Friday, 7AM-8PM, with occasional Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Work Environment:
* 100% remote work arrangement with equipment provided
- Flexible schedule with availability to work Monday-Friday, 7AM-8PM, with occasional Sundays
