Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to their customers
- Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive engagement and sales
- Fostering strong relationships between clients and company, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest information and support
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
- Reliable internet connectivity
