Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50, plus bonus opportunities

  • Work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program to get you up to speed quickly
  • Opportunity to earn a $310 bonus for participating in our certification program
  • Unlimited hours available during our Turbo Bonus Boost period (April 9th - 15th)
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more if desired

About the Role

As a Customer Specialist - Work from Home, you'll play a critical role in helping arenaflex customers navigate our products and services. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to customers who are seeking assistance with our tax return software and other related products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing clear and concise solutions to customer questions and concerns
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and other team members to resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs, while driving innovation and providing top-notch service
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
  • No prior experience in accounting or tax preparation required; willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
