Our goal is to educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving success by:
- Educating union members about available benefits and answering their questions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Building strong relationships with union associations and their members
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working with labor unions or associations
- Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
- Sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
