The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and your exceptional problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve complex customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 7:30 PM EST - Flexible scheduling to accommodate customer needs and business requirements
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone - One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications - One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience resolving complex customer needs over the phone - Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology
Education
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
