Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Providing excellent customer service through effective verbal communication, active listening, and empathy
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather
- Operating a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!

Work Environment

You will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
