Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Recording customer information within our customer service database
- Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Preparing itemized statements, bills, or invoices to compute fees and charges due
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment

Schedule and Location
