Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our organization, and your interactions will set the tone for our customers' experiences. We're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
- Work from home and prove to be self-sufficient, with the ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate computer systems and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center setting, with a focus on customer service and support
- Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare, with a strong understanding of benefits and services
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-sufficiency and productivity
