Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with internal teams, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning specialists, to address client needs, resolve issues, and coordinate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to:

Essential Qualifications
