Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and bilingual individuals to join our customer service team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems to ensure a seamless experience
- Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions confidently and accurately
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
