The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant – Transaction Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, online, and text message. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries, making their experience with arenaflex nothing short of iconic. Your care and empathy will shine through in every interaction, making our customers feel valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
- Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and objectives, ensuring a high-energy and fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent to 1 month of related experience
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
