Job Summary
We're seeking a consistent, committed, and detailed Customer Service Agent to join our team of Amazon experts. As a key member of our team, you'll provide white glove service to our clients across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Your strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and planning skills will enable you to thrive in our nontraditional setting. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms
- Creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts and scheduling posts for our clients
- Assisting Analytics in reports and data downloads
- Collaborating with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs
- Effortless collaboration with all arenaflex team members
- Working closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
Essential Functions
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong customer service skills and excellent time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
- Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
- Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
- Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred

Qualification Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
