Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer queries and interactions over the phone, email, and chat
- Processing and modifying orders
- Escalating customer feedback across multiple communication channels
- Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions
- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish
- Providing best-in-class service experience for customers while working in a fast-paced environment
- Providing technical support to customers when navigating our website
- Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
- Ability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
- A private and distraction-free home environment to work in
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
- Experience working virtually
- Experience working in veterinary/pet care
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
- Animal lover (not required, but definitely a plus)
