Your Role at arenaflex
As a French speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and support regarding their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service on the phone and via email, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting business and private customers in using our online booking systems, making reservations, and offering a full-service package
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Your Skills Matter
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Language: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) with a clear and understandable way of speaking and expressing yourself
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, working in a call center or BPO environment, with a strong background in handling challenging customer interactions
- Soft skills: Organizational and communicative talent, able to cope with a heavy workload, and highly dependable
- Team spirit: Ability to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues
- Tools: Proficiency in using MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
