The Role
As a Customer Service Agent/ English - Night Shift at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer incidents efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media to resolve customer incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication with clients
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a personalized experience
- Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as needed
- Work a flexible schedule, including night shifts (00:00 am - 8:00 am) with a 30-minute break
About You
* Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is highly valuable
- Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
- High English level (oral and written) and fluent in Spanish or English
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented and reliable professional
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
- Decisive and organized
