Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless order management.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Correspond with customers through email to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, ensuring positive customer experiences and driving loyalty.
- Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, maintaining a high level of quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure a consistent experience for all customers, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Requirements
* 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Proficient with ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with a strong understanding of order management and inventory control.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in an ecommerce or retail customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
