Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through proactive financial goal identification and product recommendations. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, including features, benefits, and eligibility requirements
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

* Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
