The Role

As a Customer Care Associate – Fully Remote, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. This is a complex role that requires a strong skillset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. You'll work closely with our Drivers and Dry Cleaning Partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our Drivers and Dry Cleaning Partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum two years of previous customer care experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Well-organized and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable and supportive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
