Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and manage our information pipelines, ensuring that all client event data is seamlessly integrated into our data warehouse.
- Create sanctioned datasets to track key product metrics, including customer growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Foundation, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Research, to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Implement robust and fault-tolerant frameworks for data ingestion and processing.
- Participate in data design and architecture decisions, bringing expertise and data-driven insights to the table.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data according to industry and company standards.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in Data Engineering, such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with distributed processing technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Flink, and distributed storage systems (e.g., HDFS, S3).
- Familiarity with ETL schedulers like Wind stream, Dagster, Regent, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Flash and ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize Flash code.
