Role Overview
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and converting conversations into leads. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing actionable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback on process improvements
Requirements
