Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering client inquiries promptly to accelerate their cloud journey
• Building a stronger AWS leads dataset by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Educating clients at the beginning of their cloud journey and moving them from warm or low interest to active interest; training to thought
• Supporting leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding of AWS services and differentiators with significant client use cases
• Through sustain efforts, creating higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
• Collaborating with a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better client experiences

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A four-year degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles *OR* relevant education foundation

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

• AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate/AWS Certified Solutions Designer – Partner
• A technical background in Designing, Software Engineering, or MIS
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: comprehend and recognize potential opportunities for clients
• Demonstrated success in managing time and juggling multiple tasks in a high-growth environment where needs shift quickly
• Ability to manage uncertainty
• Work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization – cutting-edge products/services preferred
• Strong listening skills, ability to see needs, and ask clarifying/questions
• Clear, concise, and confident communication through phone or chat
• A quick learner with a strong interest in cloud computing
• Ability to think critically and structure responses
