Job Description
As a Bilingual Remote Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and online chat communications in both Spanish and English. You'll use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex account questions, provide personalized solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chat communications in both Spanish and English
- Provide personalized solutions to complex account questions
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Essential Qualifications:
* Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience, 2 years preferred
- Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
- Must have high-speed Internet service
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Confidence to take empowerment and make decisions for customer solutions
- Willingness to pursue continual improvement, adapt in a changing environment, anticipate customer needs, and exceed customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)
- Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of MS Office, internet, and internal programs
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to offer comparable alternatives
