Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our American Express customers through real-time chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding their accounts, transactions, and product features through swift and accurate responses.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues, employing available resources and escalating cases as needed to ensure prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Educating customers on American Express products, services, and promotions, helping them make informed decisions and fully utilize their membership benefits.
  • Protecting customer information by adhering to company policies and guidelines on data security, ensuring all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Diligently recording details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Continuously familiarizing yourself with updates to company protocols, products, and services, ensuring your knowledge is current so you can provide accurate information to customers.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and commitment in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications
