Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll be responsible for auditing operations teams' system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit operations teams' system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement

  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with business and automation technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Maintain quality metrics for assigned processes and track progress
