Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Amazon Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and online chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online chat to answer customer questions and resolve issues

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchange requests to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Update customer information and order status regularly, maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer needs
  • Provide market feedback and assist in optimizing products and services to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or above, with relevant work experience

  • Familiarity with Amazon platform operations and policies, and e-commerce customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and service awareness, with the ability to effectively handle customer issues
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support
  • Knowledge of Amazon's customer service policies and procedures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
