Key Responsibilities

As an Afternoon Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude, setting the tone for a seamless experience
• Providing accurate and timely information about our services and pricing, ensuring customers feel informed and empowered
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
