2025 Customer Engineering Summer Intern
As a Customer Engineering Summer Intern, you'll be part of our Customer Engineering team, which serves as a technical partner to our customers, helping to accelerate their efforts to build solutions on top of arenaflex Digital Services. You'll be responsible for delivering top-class support to global enterprises through a variety of platforms, including emails, tickets, live chat, private and public Slack channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to arenaflex Digital Services customers through various platforms
- Support new and existing customers, including queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Be an expert resource on arenaflex Digital Services, ensuring familiarity with all aspects of the platform and expanding knowledge of common use cases and deployments
- Support customers and operations team members, observing and leading incident management protocols, serving as a communication lead during customer-impacting events, and providing relevant details to sales, account, product, and operations teams
- Ensure excellent documentation to enhance self-service and provide content and edits to public-facing documentation

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):
* Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026)
- Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system)
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
- A strong interest in Computer Networking (OSI model), System Administration, Application Support, Server-side Hardware, SQL / Databases, APIs
- Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools
