Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems
  • Communicating with customers via mail, chat, and phone
  • Utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Providing effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
