Job Description:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success by providing high-quality data entry services. You will work closely with various teams, including stages and services, to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Your expertise will help drive business decisions, inform product development, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that it is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant teams. -
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions, product development, and operational improvements. -
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with various teams, including stages and services, to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. -
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve data-related issues, including errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies. -
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve data entry processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing web business or a high-growth, high-speed product or team. -
Master SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.

Experience using data to drive business results and inform product development.
- Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in functional greatness, defining metrics, and analysis reporting.

Experience working with software development and functional event data.

Experience with AI techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
